    • Once you have found an item from our most recent collections in the ‘shop’ section, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page.

    • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' link at the top of the page.

    • Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.

  • What payment methods does harithand accept?

    We accept all major credit / debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, American Express, Maestro, etc.. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe Ltd.

  • Is your clothing made-to-order?

    Yes, our clothing is hand-tailored to your exact measurements for a bespoke fit and experience. Designed and carefully handcrafted by our designer and his team of artisans in Beirut.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    On average, orders will take 10 business days to ship to you. We can be flexible with timing and always keep you updated about your order. Feel free to contact us at info@harithand.com and let us know about any arrangements.

  • What is your return policy?

    As our clothing is made-to-order, we only accept returns if the package is lost during shipping or if there is a defect with the item once received. To ensure a perfect fit, we contact our clients to provide us with measurements.

  • Do you offer customisations to your clothing?
