Shopping at harithand is simple:

• Once you have found an item from our most recent collections in the ‘shop’ section, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page.
• Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' link at the top of the page.
• Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.

We accept all major credit / debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, American Express, Maestro, etc.. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe Ltd.

Manufactured upon order in Milan, Harithand creations reflect the excellence of handmade craftsmanship. Every garment is tailored according to provided measurements and requires a lead-time of 5 to 7 working days. Our customer care agents are available to assist with any questions or concerns via chat or email throughout the process up until post delivery.

Given that every piece is made-to-order, we only accept returns if the package is lost during shipping or if there is a defect with the item once received.
