Welcome to Harithand. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Corporate Structure and Ownership

This website (www.harithand.com), the Harithand brand, and all associated ecommerce operations are owned and operated exclusively by Harithand LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company No: 16636268).

Harithand LTD engages Harithand SARL (Beirut, Lebanon) as an independent third-party manufacturing contractor. Harithand LTD and Harithand SARL are separate and independent legal entities. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between Harithand LTD and Harithand SARL. Harithand SARL has no authority to bind, represent, or act on behalf of Harithand LTD.

2. Status of the Parties

Harithand LTD is the Merchant of Record and is responsible for the online boutique, payment processing, and customer service. Harithand SARL is solely responsible for its own independent operations, including production facilities, staffing, payroll, and local regulatory compliance in Lebanon. Harithand LTD does not own, manage, or control the internal decision-making or operational methods of Harithand SARL.

3. Made-to-Order Production

All Harithand garments are produced specifically for the customer only after an order is placed and payment is confirmed. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that:

  • Production is carried out independently by Harithand SARL following a service request from Harithand LTD.

  • Because garments are handcrafted and produced only upon request, they are classified as bespoke or clearly personalized goods.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the available currencies and are collected by Harithand LTD via secure third-party payment processors. Harithand LTD’s responsibility is limited to the management of the ecommerce checkout experience. Payment for an order does not constitute a contract for manufacturing or employment services with Harithand LTD.

5. Fulfillment and Shipping

All Harithand garments are prepared for shipment exclusively by Harithand SARL in Beirut, Lebanon.

  • Dispatch: Orders are shipped and exported by Harithand SARL using third-party courier services (e.g., DHL Express).

  • Import/Export: Harithand SARL acts as the Exporter of Record from Lebanon. The customer acts as the Importer of Record in the destination country.

  • Duties and Taxes: Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Harithand LTD does not control or collect these charges.

  • Delays: Harithand LTD is not liable for delays caused by production timelines at Harithand SARL, customs clearance, or courier disruptions.

6. Returns and Cancellations

In accordance with UK consumer law regarding goods made to the consumer’s specifications, orders are Final Sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced.

  • Faulty Goods: If an item is received with a manufacturing defect, customers must contact info@harithand.com as soon as possible. Claims will be evaluated by Harithand LTD in coordination with the manufacturer.

  • Approved Returns: If a return is approved, items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Bespoke alterations and personalized orders are strictly non-returnable.

7. Product Variations

As all garments are handcrafted by Harithand SARL, minor variations in stitching, draping, or embellishments are inherent to artisanal production and are not considered defects.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Harithand LTD or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harithand LTD’s total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. Harithand LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for any operational or labor-related issues occurring at the independent production site of Harithand SARL.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
